The main objective of the meeting is to initiate and strengthen the regional connections between researchers, engineers and industrial partners coming from Austria, Croatia and Hungary. Our aspiration is to organize quite an informal meeting by providing a forum for the presentation of new results and previous achievements from both basic and applied combustion science and combustion technology. Subjects that are expected to be presented include: fire research and technology, bioenergetics, incineration, fluid dynamics, heat engines, flame diagnostics, pyrolysis, environmental aspects, plasma-chemistry/synthesis, computer modelling, quantum chemical computation of combustion reactions, reaction kinetics, etc.
